MEMORANDUM OF DECISION.

This case was submitted to the Superior Court on an agreed statement of facts. On review of the agreed statement of facts, we sustain the Superior Court’s finding that the 1967 tax on which the Town of Dedham bases its claim of title through a tax lien under 36 M.R.S.A. § 943 (1964) was paid before the town’s title would have otherwise ripened.

Judgment affirmed.
