WHEREAS, the term of Sylvia V. Lund of Manchester as Chair of the Committee on Judicial Responsibility and Disability expired on July 5, 2002.
NOW THEREFORE, all of the Justices concurring, it is ORDERED that John E. Menario of Old Orchard Beach be and hereby is appointed Chair of said Committee, to serve until July 5, 2004.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that Lee Young of Auburn be and hereby is appointed to said Committee, to serve until July 5, 2008.
It is FURTHER ORDERED that Richard J. Maiman of Portland be and hereby is appointed alternate member of said Committee, to serve until July 5, 2008.
The appointment of public member Lee Young of Auburn is made on the recommendation of Governor Angus S. King Jr.
Associate Justice Jon D. Levy shall serve as Judicial Liaison to said Committee.
This order shall be published in the Maine Reporter.
